We loved the fantastic location, just a short walk from Charles Bridge, and the staff were incredibly helpful with tips for local dining and sightseeing. Our superior room in the neighboring building was spacious and comfy for our family, and the included breakfast was top-notch with a great variety.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Exceptional customer service made our stay enjoyable.

Our room was located in a neighboring house, slightly inconvenient. We experienced noise disturbances throughout the night from street activities. Additionally, the hotel restaurant was misleadingly presented as fully booked when it had plenty of space.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the iconic bridge. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The free treats each day were a nice touch. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a delicious variety that I enjoyed.

Our group had a fantastic stay here! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the staff’s tips for visiting the Castle and the ornate clock were spot on. The room had all we needed, and breakfast was top-notch. The heated outdoor seating area was a bonus, especially with chilly temperatures!

The only downside was that the common areas could use a little refresh. they felt a bit dated but not a major issue.
